Yesterday, Pep Guardiola led his Manchester City team to the quarter final of the Uefa Champions League after defeating Zinedine Zidane’s Real Madrid 4-2 on aggregate.
Man City had won the first leg 2-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu in Spain but the second leg was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
However, the two teams locked horns yesterday night with Guardiola’s team coming out top on the night.
However, one of the highlights of the night was seen after the match as Guardiola and Zidane stayed together after the game and enjoyed a chat for about 15 minutes

When asked what he was discussing with Zidane after the match, Pep replied:
“I congratulated him on winning La Liga. I always say winning La Liga or EPL is the hardest thing.
“We also spoke about our families. I wished him the best, hopefully we can meet again”
It would be recalled that this is not the first time that Zidane and Guardiola have been seen together.
Back in 2015, Zidane,Makelele, Sagnol and some other ex-players went on a 3 day visit to Munich.
They went to watch Guardiola’s Bayern Munich in training.
